Social justice and change has become the epicenter of everybody’s life
And as brands, these social movements have created a tribal association
These brands have pulled people in because they are evoking emotional connection to their product
This is what I call conscious product development
Product development has to be based on a pull strategy of creating products that evoke an emotional connection
Products have to be:
Humanized
Aligned to how the consumer wants to experience it
Then and only then, will brands be truly customer centric
