Calibrating your priorities should be a habit!

At any given moment, you are always dealing with competing priorities.

From home, work, your business, and everything in between

There’s never any one day where you can say that 24 hours are enough

Tasks have to be pushed to the following day and worse, they get scratched altogether

So how do you determine which tasks to focus on that day versus what to push out versus what to scratch?

Most of us normally base it on our own method of what we deem to be urgent versus important

But in whose point of view are you categorizing your priorities? Yours or your recipient’s?

Most of us are wired to focus on what WE think is urgent and important

Even though your recipient’s point of view is what is crucial

So if you find yourself adding more task to your list, only to push them out or scratch them

Just be sure to calibrate your point of view to make sure that you are working on what’s urgent and important to your recipient

Let me know in the comments below, how do you calibrate your priorities?
